COVID SAFE POLICIES
You must; Come alone to your appointment, Sanitise or wash your hands on arrival, Reschedule if you have Flu like symptoms and wait outside until I'm ready for you. Please try to keep talking / touching to a minimum, Bring your own water if needed and Dress warm if needed as no blanket will be provided. You have the option to pay for your appointment in full at the time of booking so you don't have to handle cash on the day.

PATCH TESTING
Please note that an Allergic Reaction / Sensitivity can happen at anytime and whilst a patch test can be used to in some cases identify Allergies / Sensitivities, a patch test will not provide conclusive results therefore cannot be relied on. I do offer patch tests but it is your responsibility to contact me and book this in for a time at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you choose to have a patch test, you need to contact me and organise this prior to making a booking as it is subject to my availability. Wether you have or have not had a patch test, It is important for you to understand that you are proceeding at your own risk and that an Allergy / Sensitivity can develop over time and at any time. Please note that if you waive your patch test you are obliged to communicate this in your consent form. I do not offer refunds for Allergic Reactions/Sensitivities.

PAYMENT / BOOKING DEPOSIT
All bookings require a 50% non refundable booking fee deposit to be paid when making a booking. The remaining 50% cost must be payed prior to starting your treatment. Upon making a booking, You will receive a confirmation email the day you make the booking and the day before your appointment. This email will have the address and your appointment details so please make sure you put the correct email address. Please note Clients under the age of 16 will need a parent/guardian present at the beginning of the appointment to read/sign the consent form.
RESCHEDULING / CANCELLATION
I understand that sometimes unexpected things can happen and you can no longer attend your appointment. Although the deposit is non-refundable, if you let me know via phone at least 48 hours prior to your appointment I will be happy to reschedule you for a date within 2 weeks of your original appointment so you don’t forfeit your deposit. Cancellation will forfeit your booking deposit.
REFUNDS
As you are paying for a service, I do not offer refunds. However I want you to be 100% happy with your service, so if for any reason your not and you believe it to be from a fault of my workmanship or products, please contact me via text with photos within 48 hours of your appointment so we can address your concerns as quickly as possible. If I find there is a chance it could be a fault with either my product or workmanship, the Client can return to the service location within 5 days of the original appointment and if the claim can be validated I will offer a complimentary fix. With the treatments I provide I always have you inspect your results before leaving, this is the best time to identify any adjustments you'd like / faults you see with the treatment as after the appointment it can be due to many other factors out of my control such as Improper aftercare, Environmental factors and the Chemical makeup of the Individual.
